The Global Wind Energy Council is bringing the Asia Pacific Wind Energy Summit back to Melbourne on 16-18 September 2025.The APAC Wind Energy Summit is GWEC's flagship 3-day conference and exhibition bringing industry leaders, policymakers and institutions together to develop innovative and collaborative solutions that address the challenges faced in supply chain and market design in wind energy development. The event provides a platform to drive the discussion for what is needed to accelerate the growth of wind energy across the region.

The APAC Wind Energy Summit is the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC)'s flagship conference and exhibition, bringing industry leaders, policymakers, and institutions together to develop innovative and collaborative solutions that address the challenges faced in supply chain and market design in wind energy development.The 3-day event provides a platform to drive the discussion that will accelerate the growth of wind energy across the region. At COP28 in Dubai, the world agreed to triple renewable capacity by 2030. Countries around the world are now looking to rapidly expand their renewables deployment. The APAC Wind Energy Summit plays a crucial role in translating this goal into action, particularly in the APAC region, which holds nearly half (49%) of the world's 380 GW offshore wind potential.
Knowledge Theatre
A stage for technical deep dives into new technologies and innovations will be placed within the Summit. These sessions will provide topical insights and knowledge sharing opportunities for both audience and speakers. Present your technology and solutions and position your organisation as thought leaders on a key event topic. Limited presentation slots to share case studies and success stories are available to sponsors, think-thanks, academics and government bodies. Presentation slots will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
